Tallinn University (TLU) is the youngest public university in Estonia with about 7,000 students and more than 400 academic staff. ISSEP 2026 is hosted by the School of Digital Technologies, which offers programmes and research closely aligned with the conference, including Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Learning Games, AI for Sustainable Societies, Educational Technology, IT Management, and Teacher Education.
The conference will be held on the TLU city-centre campus, within walking distance of the medieval Old Town and the harbour, and a short ride from the airport.
